Summoner Wars Giveaway! – Updated
It’s been brought to my attention that the 2D6 gaming shelf has become a bit crowded over the last month. So in celebration of our Summoner Wars video review release on December 21, we’ll be giving away a copy of Summoner Wars to one registered 2D6 user. Make note that, in order for the 2D6 staff to review the game, the box was opened and the game has been played a few times – however, the game is in like-new condition and will be a great addition to any lucky registered 2D6 user’s board game collection.
Oh, and we’ll take care of shipping.
Now, you may be asking yourself: “how do I enter for this sweet giveaway?”
Simple! Before 12am on December 21, register an account here at 2D6 and reply to the forum thread “Summoner Wars Giveaway!” using the phrase “CAN HAZ SUMMONER WARS?”. And that’s it!
On December 21, we’ll announce the winner by picking a user at random and attempting to make contact with them using the email address entered during account registration. If we can’t make contact with the user within 24 hours, we’ll randomly select a new winner. Keep in mind that registering an account with 2D6 will also allow you to participate in forum discussions, comment on articles / reviews / interviews, and take part in future board game giveaways.
So what are you waiting for? You have ten days to register, reply, and win. Good luck!

Two announcements:
1. Due to the number of people that have entered to win a copy of Summoner Wars, we have decided to give away two copies instead of one.
2. We are pushing the contest end date ahead to this Friday, Dec. 18th instead of the 21st. If you have been waiting to enter, make sure that you do so BEFORE 12am on the 18th. This decision was made such that the winners can receive their games before X-mas. Happy Holidays folks!

Thanks for upping the number of copies you’re giving away! Are you going to be giving one of each starter set?
We’ll be giving away one starter set to each winner. We do have two different starter sets. I’ll most likely ask the first winner for their preference of the two starter sets.

We’ll try to get the review out as soon as we can. Sadly, the footage was just Captured on Thursday evening. I’ll try and have the review out by Monday morning, but no promises. It will definitely be available before Ashly and I are MIA for holiday plans.
