In general, I would like to see more content.  Even a few more blog posts would go a long way towards increasing readership.

Trying to come up with new ideas versus just rehashing old stuff.

How about an "Evolution of XXXXX Genre" segment or two?

Such as "Evolution of the Deck Building Card Game". Start with Dominion, lead up into its followups, and discuss what the followups are adding to/changing with the mechanic.

Edit Because I cannot type well today.

Text reviews so I may read them while watching TV (or waiting on an AP someone to take their turn).

How about a shorter duration on "Post a suggestion a day" contests for when we start to run out of ideas!

Missed some suggestions because my laptop got stolen.  A new game would make me feel a little bit better.  How about a review of Anhk-Morpork?

How about interviewing Steve Jackson himself?

I really enjoyed watching a full game played out as it was done with A Blood Red Banner: The Alamo by Victory Point Games.  It game a good understanding of how the game actually played.
